Swimmers age 10 and Under and all new and beginning swimmers will practice from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Swimmers age 11 and over will practice from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 or 6:00 depending on skill and endurance level.

All new and returning members should plan to attend the registration meeting being held at Norfolk Senior High School in the Little Theatre. Meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. with a PowerPoint presentation. All NEW members need to bring a copy of a birth certificate, passport, or driver's license, as proof of age which is required for their USA Swimming membership. You will have the opportunity to purchase a team suit at this meeting. Registration fee for first swimmer in a family is $282. Each additional swimmer in the same family pays $257. NHS swimmers pay $219. All Aquajet swimmers must have a current YMCA membership.
